Obama to visit Detroit Labour Day

Still thinking about what to do on the upcoming holiday weekend?  President Obama has announced he will be in Detroit. While he said he does not think he will march in the Solidarity Parade, you might be able to catch him giving  a speech afterward at a location yet to be announced.  Detroit AFL-CIO President Saundra Williams said Obama’s visit could bring in an additional 100,000 people to the Michigan AFL-CIO Labour Day Parade — possibly doubling the annual crowd.
